Call corporate young one. Tell them that you have a blog and aren't afraid to use it.
Once you have a relationship with the big fish, you get priority treatment from then on.

I was wondering why we hadn't heard from you for a week... hope you will be back on line soon inundating us with all the blogs you have been working on but been unable to post due to the internet being broken...
I was worried you had died or eloped. Boo internet.
Comcast's customer service has been obnoxiously bad... forever. Last week, I casually mentioned my Comcast internet not working on my blog, and someone from their customer service department left a comment and followed up with me TWICE. Someone's learned how to use the internets.
The good news is that thanks you to, I now know how to say 'shit' in three languages. Bet you didn't know your blog was educational, huh?

OMFG can I tell you how glad I was to see you were wearing gloves after dumpster diving for Milli Vanilli...I know that's not right but my computers being weird and if I switch back to the post to see who it actually was, I'll have to start this comment all over again.
